Sealed TCG Dex offers two operating modes:

Local Mode

In local mode, all your data (collection items, photos) is stored exclusively on your device using IndexedDB technology. No data is transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to this data.

Cloud Mode

In cloud mode, we collect the following data:

Account information: email address, username, hashed password
Collection data: items, photos, prices, notes
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information (for security and service improvement)

Creating and managing your user account
Providing the collection management service
Synchronizing your data across your devices
Ensuring the security of the service
Improving our services (anonymized statistics)

Legal Basis

Contract execution: account management and service provision
Consent: optional newsletter subscription
Legitimate interest: security and fraud prevention

Recipients

Your data may be communicated to the following processors:

Supabase: database hosting and authentication
Nua.ge (Leviia SAS): website hosting

International Transfers

Website hosting is provided by Nua.ge, a French company, ensuring your data stays within the European Union. Database services (Supabase) may involve data transfers outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection for your data.

Data Retention

Account data: for the duration of your account plus 1 year after deletion
Collection data: for the duration of your account
Technical logs: 12 months
