Privacy - Chrome Extension

This extension does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Your collection data stays on your device or in your own Supabase account. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party data sharing.

About This Extension

ScelleTCG Marketplace Helper is a browser extension that helps users of sealed-tcg.com (ScelleTCG) sell their sealed TCG (Trading Card Game) products on online marketplaces such as Vinted and LeBonCoin.

The extension allows users to browse their ScelleTCG collection and auto-fill listing forms on supported marketplaces with product information (title, description, price, condition, photo).

Data Collected

This extension operates in two modes:

Local Mode

The extension reads your collection data from the ScelleTCG website's local database (IndexedDB) on your device. This data never leaves your browser. No data is transmitted to any server.

Cloud Mode

The extension connects directly to Supabase (the same backend used by sealed-tcg.com) using your own account credentials. Your email and password are sent directly to Supabase for authentication. We do not intercept, store, or have access to your credentials beyond the standard authentication flow.

In both modes, this extension:

  • Does NOT collect any analytics or usage data
  • Does NOT track your browsing activity
  • Does NOT transmit data to any third-party service
  • Does NOT store data on any server we control
  • Does NOT use cookies for tracking purposes

Data Stored Locally

The extension uses chrome.storage.local to store:

  • User preference: chosen mode (local or cloud)
  • Selected item: temporarily stored when you select an item to list on a marketplace (automatically expires after 1 hour)
  • Authentication session: Supabase session token (cloud mode only), stored securely in your browser

All locally stored data can be cleared by removing the extension.

Marketplace Interaction

When you use the auto-fill feature on Vinted or LeBonCoin, the extension:

  • Reads form fields on the marketplace listing page
  • Fills them with data from your ScelleTCG collection (title, description, price, condition)
  • Optionally uploads a product photo from your collection to the marketplace's form

This interaction happens entirely within your browser. No data is sent to our servers. The data goes directly from your browser to the marketplace website, just as if you typed it manually.

Host Permissions

This extension requests access to the following websites:

  • sealed-tcg.com — sealed-tcg.com: to read your local collection data (IndexedDB)
  • Vinted — Vinted (FR, COM, BE domains): to detect listing creation pages and auto-fill forms
  • LeBonCoin — LeBonCoin: to detect listing creation pages and auto-fill forms

The extension only activates on listing creation pages. It does not read or modify any other pages on these websites.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used is Supabase (cloud mode only), which handles authentication and data storage for your ScelleTCG account.

No other third-party services, analytics tools, or advertising networks are used.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to any third party.

Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
  • Right to restriction: limit processing of your data
  • Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format (CSV/ZIP export available)
  • Right to object: oppose certain processing of your data
  • Right to withdraw consent: at any time for consent-based processing

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be communicated through the extension's update notes.
